Combine/Pro Day Training

Preparing for the NFL Combine and Pro Days requires 100% commitment, both physically and mentally. At STARS, we have teamed up with the leading training facilities that develop programs specific for each unique athlete. No one athlete has the same makeup and areas in which they need to improve. Our training partners cater both workouts and nutrition plans specific to each athlete. Their goal is to put you in the best position and condition to perform the specific measurables and skills tests on the day of the Combine or Pro Day.

In addition to the combine and pro days, All Star Games/Showcases play a critical role in the NFL teams’ evaluation process. Our goal is to market all of our athletes to teams and bowl games in order ensure that the directors of these All Star Games/Showcases invite our clients to their events. These are the best places for athletes to showcase their talents against top notch NFL caliber competition.

STARS also works with former NFL Scouts who can assist with our clients’ mental preparation and the interview process. In addition, our scouts share information and experiences from bowls/showcases and specific qualities that scouts are looking for while they evaluate and interview the athletes.

Player Representation/Contract Negotiations

We have negotiated multiple contracts in every facet of sports, including NFL Contracts, endorsement and NIL opportunities, sponsorships, and real estate transactions.

Marketing/NIL

STARS is committed to researching and developing the most innovating and cutting-edge marketing opportunities for our clients. We have worked on record setting endorsement opportunities for our professional athletes, including national sponsorships and worldwide shoe deals. However, in the last few years ago, college student/athletes were permitted to profit off of their names, images and likenesses. In the past, NIL literally only meant zero, or nothing, in the world of sports. Today, some might say NIL means everything. Name Image Likeness has dramatically changed the landscape of college athletics. STARS has evolved its marketing efforts to not only keep up, but to stay ahead of the evolution.

We have negotiated several deals for college student/athletes, including trading card deals. We learn about our clients interests, then research potential opportunities from food and beverages, restaurant and hospitality, apparel, and consumer goods. Finally we negotiate opportunities for our student/athletes that match their interests and causes.

NIL is here to stay, in some capacity. Until NCAA further regulates the sphere of NIL, it remains like the wild west. NIL has even impacted the transfer portal, partially dictating if and where student/athletes transfer. Regardless how NIL evolves or is regulated in the future, STARS will remain at the forefront of ingenuity and creativity by researching and negotiating record breaking NIL opportunities.

Future Planning for Your Next Career

STARS “Careers After Careers” program works independently and with the NFLPA to research and develop off-season opportunities for its clients to evaluate post-football opportunities. Once a player earns the honor of wearing the NFL Shield he is protected by that shield in so many ways even after his playing career ends. This protection includes assisting players in their pursuit of a career after football. The NFLPA has several great programs for current and and former players to utilize which assist them in deciding which career field they will master next.
